Who we are

Soamiq Labs Private Limited (CIN U62091UW2026PTC253663) ("Soamiq Labs", "we", "us") runs www.soamiq.ai. We are based in Gurugram, India. For anything about this policy or your data, email hello@soamiq.ai.

What we collect

When you contact us or send a partner enquiry: the details you enter in the form. That means your name, email address, company, role, phone number (optional), the options you choose, and your message.
When you request our capability profile: your email address, plus your name and company if you choose to give them.
With every form: the page you sent it from, the referring page, any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), and the time of submission.
When you email or call us: your contact details and what you tell us.
When you book a call: booking runs on Google Calendar's appointment pages. Google processes your booking details under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking and the details you give.
Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and to run the spam check. It is not stored with your enquiry.
Spam check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile looks at signals from your browser to issue a one-time token, which we check with Cloudflare when you submit. It does not set cookies on this site.

We do not use advertising tools or cross-site tracking. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, so please don't include any in your message. The free checklists can be downloaded without giving us any details.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do this in two ways, and neither uses cookies or stores anything on your device:

Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views, and reports referring sites, country, device type and page-load performance. It does not use cookies or local storage.
Our own event counts. When you click a button or link, start or send a form, download a file, or scroll through a page, your browser sends a short message to our own server. It records the event name, the page, the referring website, your country and device type (worked out from your connection), and any campaign tags in the link you used. We do not record your IP address, form contents, name, email or any identifier that links your visits. These records are kept for up to 3 months, and weekly totals with no personal data are kept for as long as we need them.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not load Cloudflare Web Analytics and do not send event counts from your browser. We still keep basic records that a form was sent or a file was downloaded, because that is part of handling your request. Content blockers also stop these measurements.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry. We reply within 1 business day.
To send you the capability profile you asked for, and to follow up about it.
To assess whether and how we can work together, and to run any engagement that follows.
To keep the site secure and stop spam.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages and links are useful, so we can improve the site.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Legal basis

We process form data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form. We also process it to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract. We process technical, security and analytics data for our legitimate interests in running a safe website and understanding, in aggregate, how it is used. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@soamiq.ai. This does not affect processing that has already happened.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the site and our business:

Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security, the Turnstile spam check, Web Analytics and the storage of our event counts.
Google LLC (Google Workspace): email, the spreadsheet where form submissions are stored, and Google Calendar booking.

These providers may process data outside India, including in the United States. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and enquiry correspondence for up to 36 months after our last contact with you. If we enter an engagement together, we keep them for as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require. Event counts are kept for up to 3 months; weekly totals contain no personal data. Security logs are kept by Cloudflare under its standard retention.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, or to withdraw consent. Email hello@soamiq.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in India and are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India. If you are in the UK or EU, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

www.soamiq.ai does not set cookies and does not store anything on your device, so there is no cookie banner. Our analytics are cookie-free (see "Analytics"). Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from bots. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and Google Calendar take you to those services, which have their own cookie policies.

Security

We use HTTPS throughout, limit access to submissions to the people who need it, and rely on our providers' security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
